Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your email boxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox account you wish to forward messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
